Six career-oriented courses have been introduced as suggested by the NAAC Peer Team. The courses are funded by UGC for which 12 lakhs (7 lakhs for Science stream and 5 lakhs for commerce stream) have been sanctioned.

The College offers studies in post-graduate courses in a few subjects in the Distance Education mode, after obtaining consent from the Netaji Subhas Open University. Raja Peary Mohan College has obtained the permission from Netaji Subhas Open University to act as Study Centre for Post Graduate studies, Bachelor Degree/Diploma Programme and Certificate Courses in Science, Arts and Commerce.
